How do I generate a review?
Choose a venue type, search for the place you visited, rate the different aspects of your experience, and tap "Generate My Review." Your AI-written review will appear in a few seconds.
What are free reviews?
When you first install RateMate, you get 3 free AI-generated reviews. After that, you can subscribe to RateMate Pro for unlimited reviews.
What is RateMate Pro?
RateMate Pro gives you unlimited AI reviews for $2.99/month or $14.99/year. You can subscribe from within the app or from the Settings screen. Cancel anytime in your iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → RateMate → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open RateMate, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
My review didn't generate — what happened?
RateMate requires an internet connection to generate reviews. If you see a fallback review, check your connection and try regenerating. If the issue persists, contact us at supercatdev@gmail.com.
Can I edit my review before sharing?
Yes — the review text is fully editable. Tap into the review card and make any changes before copying or sharing.
